It was the best of Tokyo hotels I visited before. The restaurant was cheap for lunch and dinner here, I had amazing dishes.

Very handy location, close to subway, restaurants, shops
They could do with an upgrade to room, even just small things like cracked wall paper that had been sticky taped together, made room seem older than it was

I think the place is nice.
Overall the hotel met standards, I would happily return. Fairly clean property, facilities are very nice, and the location is particularly good to sightseeing spots in maximum 25 minutes. The staff is amazingly nice, the breakfast is sensational and great. A traditional restaurant serves outstanding food.

The location of the Hotel is excellent - near two train stations. The hotel is very clean and staff helpful.
I stayed in this hotel some 12 years ago and it hasn't changed. I think it could do with a revamp and some new colour in the rooms. The carpet is a little old fashion too.

The excellent disposition of the hotel staff, always attentive, beyond what is expected. Able to solve problems and facilitate the stay of the tourist. Although the space is limited, it is very well distributed, making it more comfortable than newer hotels which in theory are slightly larger. The Internet connection was the best of the six hotels on our trip (including the one in New York). It is about two subway stations away, and you can walk to Zoojooji Temple (where the remains of six Tokugawa shoguns are located), Shiba Park (which surrounds the temple), and Tokyo Tower. There are many reasonably priced options for eating in the area. I recommend the Limousine Bus service, which although it is not the fastest, is very like going from Narita to the hotel and vice versa, besides having a really convenient price.

Great location, easy to find and a comfortable walk to train station. It was a great stay over the New Year with excellent cultural celebrations in the nearby Shiba Park.
Walking outside to access the annex (12th floor room) and perhaps the lack of staff there. To locate a staff member meant walking through to the main building.
